Used to be a die hard pearl izumi customer but their quality has dropped. While looking for an alternative found these Sugoi shorts. Ordered a pair and they turned out to be my best pair of shorts so now ordering another pair. Great fit, great quality and very comfortable on those long rides.I like these shorts because they are well made and have a hexagon dimple pattern that I swear has helped me get some of my fastest segment times when I paired them with my TheBlackBibs Pro Aero jersey. The chamois could be thicker but if you have been riding a lot it should not be an issue. I bought a second pair because I liked the first pair so much.Hold the cahonies in place as you ride.I have been riding PI Attack shorts for many years but after noticing the vastly superior fit and style of my Sugoi tights, sought out these shorts. Same price but also far better fit and style. It's a shame more bike shops don't carry this brand.I got size Medium based on size chart. Okay but tight, and shrank some washing per instructions and told MyFavoriteStyles and the replaced it with Large --- excellent service!
