These are great sandals. They look nice with or without dark socks. I found they fit me at exactly my size (10.5). But, if you are between sizes (10.5 - 11), I would tilt to the larger one. Nice that they are all human-made, too, and unlike many shoes that are not leather, these seem to be the usual great Keen sturdiness, with good soles on the bottom for traction. This is the second pair of this type of water shoe I have owned. I play water volley ball in a chlorinated pool pretty much all year ling. I am active and find the shoes comfortable with the right amount of foot support. Chlorine can be pretty hard on many fabrics and this pair lasted over 18 months. The quality is outstanding and I love the shoes but the fit is tight even if you buy your size - I bought a half size too big on purpose and they were still a little tight on me making them a little hard to put on but once they are on they are fantasticThis is my second pair of Uneek sandals. My first pair lasted for a few years and honestly were still serviceable when I ordered these. They do tend to run a half size small when it comes to comfort, so go a half size bigger when you order. They also do take some getting used to at first, but once you do they are very comfortable. It can take a little experimentation to get the lacing tension just right for long term comfort, too, but once you do you likely won't need to adjust it again. The sole design on this latest pair is a little more rugged than my original pair, so definitely a design improvement. Overall they're great for when you want something very breathable that is likely to get wet. I've worn them as an alternative to bulky water shoes when kayaking and love them for that application, but they are also my favorite for daily casual use in warmer weatherI currently own 5 pairs of Keens, planning to retire a pair or two soon. The UNEEK line of shoes is great for me, these are my fourth pair since the line was introduced, love em!Picking size was difficult. I normally am size 13, though some shoes a 12 fits. When on Keen site, the sizing tool said I would be a 14. But, after looking at Amazon reviews, indicating true to size fit, I ordered a 13 and this fits very nicely. Look is good.Mad comfortable, super lightweight, can take on any weather. 10/10 life hackHave a blue pair and a red pair as well. Obviously, I like these sandals.I'm normally an 8 in trainers, occasionally a 7 in shoes but generally an 8, and a 7 in slippers. It's always hard trying to gauge size with unusual footwear, and these were going to be for use as sandals/water shoes. They look good, different, but even an 8 were too small around the foot, though the length was OK. To get them fitting nicely around the foot, a 9 or 10 would be too long so I decided to just get some adjustable Nike Air sandals instead and a separate pair of cheap water shoes, which in hindsight worked out to be a great combination. This sandal was excellent footwear for city stroll on hot summer day. When I first saw it, I almost considered returning it as I thought it looked hideous. I'm glad I worn it though as it looks surprisingly nice on foot. By the second day, I was telling my partner it was more fashionable than her sandals :)This was by far the most comfortable sandals I've ever had. It fits snugly without being tight. It covers the foot yet hardly any sweat on foot. We walked for miles in hot Venice and I've had no blisters at all.I'm not sure I'd wear this on a rough terrain though. Due to the design, once a pebble gets inside it's impossible to get that pebble out of the sandal. I couldn't walk 10 yards on pebbly driveway without having to take it off. Grip is fine, it's far better than my crocks on wet rocks. These are nice sandals but my heel doesn't sit in the heel cup properly because the heel strap isn't adjustable and forces my foot forward, I need to be able to slacken it of to allow my foot to move backward. You can see from the picture in the advert that the heel part of the sole protrudes beyond the heel strap and sticks out quite a bit beyond the heel when worn.Alright guys, when I was purchasing Uneeks, I was looking for a shoeware, I can use in the water/moutains/desert... practically everywhere. To test them I went for:-Volcano hiking in Phillipines and canyoneering against the river stream in Jordan, rocks climbing in Petra and then dune walks in Wadi Rum desert. As for versatility and comfort I would rate them 9/10. Shoe allows plenty of air and dries up quickly. Its easy to remove any stones or sand from the shoes just by shaking your leg. The sole is antigrip so you can easily jump from rock to rock without being afraid of slipping (even wet surface)Only disadvantage of these shoes I can find, is that they are quite snug for my big feet (I even ordered half size up).Length wise they are ok, but the tongue of the sandals after longer period of time starts to irritiate me and gets the upper portion of foot sore.Design wise - hate it or love it. Got more positive feedback on them so far than negative. In conclusion - Very good sandals for adventures, order half size upBest sandal for a holiday - so comfortable to walk in I wore them both on the beach and while hiking. The corded upper looks great with casual or semi formal wear so saves you having to pack another pair of shoes for a semi formal event. Amazingly, the suede type material at the top doesnt get dirty even while hiking although the soles did catch quite a bit of dust. Easy enough to clean and the strap at the back is quite comfortable as well. The sole looks quite sturdy but only time will tell how long it can last. Buy half a size larger than your regular size though - these tend to run a bit small.
